Sarah Ahmad
CEO
Sarah, CEO of CAQH, is a healthcare leader and explorer with over 25 years of experience spanning operations and innovation. She loves applying human-centered design to transform the healthcare experience. Prior to joining CAQH, Sarah was the SVP of Health and Wellness at Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada’s largest pharmacy and health retailer where she was responsible for a portfolio of pharmacy services, medical clinics, provider technology, retail home health stores and digital health solutions.
Previously, Sarah served as Chief Innovation Officer at Magellan Health and SVP of Innovation and Transformation Strategy for Highmark Health. In addition, Sarah held many key leadership roles in product development, clinical operations, and network development at Humana Healthcare.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, a Master of Health Services Administration from Webster University and an MBA from the University of Louisville. Sarah enjoys traveling the world with her husband and 2 children and introducing them to new people and cultures.
April Todd
Chief Policy and Research Officer
April Todd is the Chief Policy and Research Officer for CAQH. She is responsible for leading the CAQH CORE multi-stakeholder collaboration that is driving the creation and adoption of healthcare operating rules for electronic administrative transactions and establishing a common foundation for the operational components of value-based payment. She also directs the research functions for the organization, including the CAQH Index.
Prior to joining CAQH, April led data, analytic, strategic and product development functions focused on value-based care for Avalere, an Inovalon Company. Before her role at Avalere, April established the MNsure state health insurance exchange and served as Minnesota’s State Health Economist. April also previously held roles as the Vice President of Strategic Analysis and Communications for Government Affairs at UnitedHealth Group and as the Director of Competitive Intelligence for United Healthcare.
April holds an MPH from the University of Minnesota and a BA from Beloit College.
Ed Collins, MBA, CHCIO, CDH-E, CPHIMS
Chief Technology Officer
Ed Collins is the Chief Technology Officer at CAQH. With more than 25 years of information technology experience, Ed has developed and implemented the IT strategy for many large healthcare organizations, including Cleveland Clinic, Martin Health Systems and United Hospital Center. He brings a wealth of technical expertise to an evolving healthcare industry, optimizing complex business processes and anticipating future technology innovation.
Ed earned a B.B.A. from Fairmont University in West Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Denver, and has earned the following certifications: Alexlos, IT Information Library Foundations Certifications (ITIL); CHIME, Certified Chief Information Officer (CHCIO), HIMSS, Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
Kristina Rollings
Chief Growth Officer
For nearly three decades, Kristina Rollings has developed and brought to market strategies and solutions that accelerate innovation and efficiency in healthcare. In her current role as Chief Growth Officer, Kristina leads teams across the enterprise to launch and market provider and payer data solutions that simplify, secure and optimize healthcare administration between stakeholders.
Previously, she held senior product, strategy, and go-to-market roles at Change Healthcare, formerly McKesson Technology Solutions. There, she led teams responsible for payer network and financial management, value-based care, and member engagement solutions, among others.
Kristina is an industry innovator and thought leader on healthcare transformation and is a frequent writer and speaker on pressing issues related to business and clinical processes, member access and engagement, and other emerging industry trends.
Apart from her domain expertise, Kristina’s passion is for building and inspiring teams and mentoring the healthcare leaders of tomorrow.
Kristina earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
